KYC Policy
Before a live account can trade, Pairmetric verifies the identity of each client as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.
Documents typically required
A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driving licence) and a recent proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement, usually issued within the last 3-6 months).
Verification process
Submitted documents are reviewed before an account's deposit and trading limits are fully unlocked. If a document is incomplete or unclear, you will be asked to resubmit it.
Re-verification
You may be asked to re-confirm or update your documents periodically, or if your circumstances change - for example a new address or a legal name change.
Data handling
Documents submitted for KYC are stored securely and used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance, in line with our Privacy Policy.
